Terms of Use
These terms apply to your access to and use of the pages, tutorials, and setup guidance on Shadowrocket Wiki. Read them before making a purchase, changing settings, or connecting based on this manual.
1. Scope and nature of the site
Shadowrocket Wiki is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. It provides guidance on verifying the official App Store listing, purchasing and installing the app, importing an existing subscription, configuring rules and routing, and using Settings. These terms govern your use of this site’s content; they do not replace App Store transaction rules or any license terms that apply within the app.
This site does not provide, sell, or recommend servers or subscriptions. Instructions involving connection settings assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. Reading a tutorial does not create a contract for network access services.
2. Lawful use and user responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you live and where you use the app. Do not use Shadowrocket or this site’s content for unlawful purposes. Before use, confirm that you are authorized to access the networks and servers involved and to use the relevant data, and follow the requirements of your organization and network.
Verify the source of your configuration and the scope of its authorization, and keep subscription URLs, passwords, and other access credentials secure. Do not use this site to infringe others’ rights, disrupt its operation, or bypass access controls. Before changing production networks or critical services, back up your configuration and test in an environment you can restore.
3. App purchases and service boundaries
Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source app for Apple platforms, primarily used on iPhone and iPad. It is available exclusively through the App Store. Check the App Store listing for system requirements, compatible devices, current pricing, and purchase eligibility.
A one-time purchase of the app does not include a service plan. Buying the app does not include servers, subscriptions, or connection services, and does not guarantee that any particular service will remain available. Transactions, payments, refunds, and restoration of purchases are governed by the applicable App Store rules. Nothing on this site is an additional price or refund guarantee.
4. Content and liability
This manual explains how features work and what settings mean. The app interface, system permissions, and App Store information may change. If this site’s descriptions differ from what you see, follow the current information in the app and on the App Store. Sample configurations illustrate syntax only and are not recommendations for every network.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its pages, successful connections, or that a configuration will suit a particular purpose. It is not liable for availability issues, data loss, or indirect losses resulting from configuration changes, service interruptions, device failures, or other use. Keep necessary backups. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, or any statutory consumer rights.
5. Intellectual property and use of content
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related product marks belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, or their respective rights holders. Displaying the official icon and app interface materials does not alter ownership of those rights.
Original explanations, editorial arrangements, and page code on this site are protected by law. When citing this manual, credit the source and preserve its meaning. Do not remove rights notices, misrepresent your association with the site, or repackage its content as a promise to sell apps or provide connection services. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before copying or using content commercially beyond what the law permits.
6. Changes to these terms and handling questions
These terms may be revised to reflect legal requirements or changes to the site’s content or features. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Revisions do not retroactively remove rights users already have under applicable law. Where the law requires separate notice, it will be provided as required.
You can revisit this page before use to confirm which terms apply. For setup questions, see the tutorial and settings manual and follow the relevant steps to identify the cause. For purchase and purchase-restoration questions, see the App Store purchase restoration guide. For information about privacy on this site, read the Privacy Policy.
